As 2024 comes to a close, we at Nuvocargo took a moment to reflect on a year marked by growth, accomplishments, and shared successes. In the spirit of bringing our team closer together and starting the new year with a fresh perspective, we hosted not one, but two celebrations—one in each of our offices, **Mexico City** and **New York**.

These celebrations were more than just parties; they were intentional moments to strengthen our bonds, celebrate the highs and lows of the year, and set the stage for an exciting 2025.

In New York, our Nuvos gathered for an intimate dinner, creating a space for meaningful conversations and reflections on the year’s achievements. The relaxed setting encouraged deeper connections and allowed the team to celebrate the successes of 2024 while looking ahead to the opportunities of 2025.

#### **Mexico City Party**

Meanwhile, our Mexico City celebration brought a lively and energetic twist with activities like axe throwing, batting cages, and bocce. These engaging experiences fostered teamwork and camaraderie, while delicious food and plenty of laughter made the evening unforgettable. The event captured the vibrant spirit of our team and set the tone for the year to come.

## **Recognizing Impact Through Our 2024 Impact Assessment**

December wasn’t just about celebrating—it was also about reflecting on the individual contributions that made 2024 a success. During our second **Impact Assessment** of the year, we evaluated not only **what** our team members accomplished but also **how** they made an impact.

This process provided actionable feedback, recognized hard work, and culminated in on-cycle promotions. We’re proud to announce that **six Nuvos** earned well-deserved promotions, a testament to their dedication, growth, and outstanding performance.
